Morning Party People,
As far as my new day job is concerned, it looks like the next few weeks are going to be rough. Doesn’t look like dys off will be in my near future but I’m ok with that. Obviously this wasn’t what I was looking for when I took the job but I knew this was going to be a possibility.That being said, the framework of the schedule that I want is still a possibility.
On the upside, my body is finally reacting the way that I want it to. I had a good dinner last night consisting of salmon and broccoli which I feel great about. Here’s a fat guy tip for you, one of the keys to altering one’s diet is eating meals that you don’t feel guilty about. Meaning we all love junk food like burgers and such but after awhile when that’s all one eats, you start to realize that you’re not doing yourself any favors by eating like shit. With that comes the feeling of guilt to a certain degree. So finding meals that doesn’t make you feel guilty is a big step. It might take a week or two of eating healthy before you even recognize that feeling as so many of us tubby peeps have gotten so used to that guilt that we don’t even realize it’s there in the first place. Baby step y’all.
